Chemyo Lab Testing & Quality Control | Independent HPLC Verification
Every compound Chemyo sells is independently tested by a third-party laboratory before it ships. Not in-house. Not by our supplier. By an independent analytical laboratory with no commercial interest in the result. This page explains exactly how our testing process works and what your Certificate of Analysis means.
Our Testing Standard
We require 99%+ purity on all compounds before they are released for sale. Any batch falling below this threshold is rejected and never reaches a researcher. This standard applies to every compound in our range — SARMs, nootropics, peptides, and solvents.
Testing Methodology
HPLC — High Performance Liquid Chromatography
HPLC is the gold standard for purity determination in research chemistry. A sample is dissolved in a mobile phase solvent and pumped through a column, separating compounds by retention time. A UV detector measures peak areas, and purity is calculated as the percentage of the target compound peak versus all detected peaks — measured against a certified reference standard.
LC-MS — Identity Confirmation
For identity confirmation we use LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry). This identifies compounds by molecular mass and fragmentation pattern — ruling out structural isomers and degradation products that HPLC alone cannot distinguish. It is the most definitive confirmation that a compound is exactly what it claims to be.
Concentration Verification for Solutions
For all solution products, the actual concentration is independently confirmed against the stated label value. A Chemyo RAD-140 solution labelled 10mg/ml is independently verified to contain 10mg/ml (±2%) — not estimated from powder weight.
Certificate of Analysis — What It Means
| CoA Field | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Compound Name | The verified identity of the substance tested |
| Batch Number | Unique identifier matching the code on your bottle |
| Test Date | When the independent analysis was performed |
| Purity % | HPLC-determined purity vs certified reference standard |
| Concentration | Independently verified mg/ml value for solutions |
| Testing Laboratory | The independent lab that performed the analysis |
| Test Method | HPLC, LC-MS, or GC-MS as appropriate |
Why Independent Testing Matters
Many research compound suppliers rely on their raw material supplier’s certificate — produced by someone with a commercial interest in selling that material. That is not independent testing. Chemyo commissions its own independent analysis on every batch because researchers deserve actual documented evidence, not assurances.
Batch Traceability
Every Chemyo bottle carries a unique batch code matching a specific CoA. Contact us with the batch number from your bottle and we will provide the full testing documentation for that specific batch.
